Nexus letter evaluations are focused psychological evaluations designed to examine the relationship between a current condition and a relevant event, experience, or period of service.
The evaluation process may include a clinical interview, review of relevant records, and appropriate psychological measures when indicated.
The goal is to provide an objective, professionally informed evaluation to assist with documentation needs.
